We scored this cute little cash register at a local consignment sale. So we needed some moolah to go with it. Of course play pretend money would just be a waste at this point, as they like throwing it, folding it, hiding it and sweeping it up just as much as putting in the register. So I hauled out some extra paint chips I had saved. They fit the cash drawer perfectly and are also fun for stashing in old make up bags, purses and our little bank (office supply storage drawers). Free stuff that works for dramatic play... Cha-ching!
