Growing!! I promise I only stood for a second to snap this pic!

What Are The Babies Doing?
They each weigh just over 3 pounds (think two butternut squashes) and are a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel! Our boy is a strong kicker and moves alot more now than our little lady. Of course he's probably having to fight for room since she's on top of him! Muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and their heads are growing bigger to make room for their developing brains. Their bones are soaking up lots of calcium (this trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in each baby's hardening skeleton each day) and their momma is trying very hard to eat lots of nutritious foods to help them grow.
What Are The Parents Doing?
Trying to get used to bedrest. Looking forward to our nutritionist visit and our doctor visit next week. And anxiously planning out some time with the grandparents-to-be in the next two weeks, so that we can get as many "to-dos" crossed off our list as possible. I've been told that this bedrest thing is just the beginning of my loss of control and only the start of the way that our babies will take charge of our house :) :)
