- These kids love their grandparents!! They talk about them, often. And love to visit their houses. I know this, because when I told the kids that Grammy and Grampy would be coming to see us soon, at our house, they had a better idea. Caden spent the entire day telling me, "We forgot to go to Grammy and Grampy's house Mom!" Or when I would say we were going to run an errand together, he'd chime in with, "And THEN we go to Grammy and Grampy's!!" So sweet. The love of these two for their Grands.
- Addison is becoming really good at deflecting. Too good, I'm afaid. "No, Mommy A'n is still playing" Or "No, I don't want to because I am still reading." Ug.
- I know when I hear, "Get in Caden!"... I'd better make tracks for the playroom. I enter into evidence, Exhibit A:
- Ever since last weekend, when the kids watched Travis go up into the attic with his head lamp on... Caden has been taking his little flashlight and climbing on his step stool because he's, "Going to da attic to do some woowk."
- I still love, love, LOVE to hear all their little two-isms. "Watch how Caden dos it!" (pronounced "dooz"). "He boomed it down!" Or, "Mommy takeded that away." I will miss these little sweet sayings when they are gone...
