Letter Recognition Around Town

In the lobby of the YMCA there are original gym floorboards displayed on the wall.  With the old YMCA graphics still in place.  Each letter is framed and displayed in a collage that looks one-part-art and one-part-history.  As the kids and I walked out on Wednesday afternoon, Addison looks up at points excitedly saying, "Dat's A'son's letter!"  Sure enough.  Letter A.  And Caden spotted his letter too.  Early literacy development is amazing stuff.
