- Whatever has had Caden feeling unlike himself seems to have lifted just slightly. And any improvement is a welcome relief...
- We took two wagon rides, rocking our sun hats all the way.
- When I asked, "Where's your head?" Addison grabbed her head with both hands.
- We tried out the awesome bubble making machine the kids got from Tony and Christy. (Caden didn't seem especially interested but watched intently... Addison was serious about trying to catch them.)
- We swam in John and Gert's pool next door, both kids seemed more relaxed than ever in the water.
- We played for a second time in our water table, and the kids seemed to prefer sharing one side :) :)
- Caden is now pushing your hands down to let him stand/walk unassisted. His "best" was four steps before falling into me, and my was he proud!
- We all had dinner together, for the first time! Normally Travis and I don't eat until the kids are put to bed, but in trying to get them mostly on people food we've started making our dinner early and Travis shares with them while I run around cleaning up, prepping for bedtime routines and making bottles for tomorrow. Tonight was the first night I've managed to join in for a few minutes. It was lovely!
- Addison can't quite repeat words, but what she lacks in mechanics she is making up for with inflection. When Travis and I say, "I love you" in a sing song voice she mimics the pitch with her own made up vocabulary. A-dor-a-ble!
