Grammy and Grampy arrived the day before we left for SLC... just in time to help pick up the kids, I mean spiders, from preschool. Addison rushed out of her classroom into Grammy's arms, and Caden rushed into Grampy's. Then he just froze. For five minutes solid, he didn't move a muscle. He stayed just like this until we had to put him in the car seat...
When we got home we enjoyed a little yard play before lunch, which included helping Dad with blowing and mowing duties.
While we were gone, there was all sorts of fun. There were trips to Chick Fil A, the park, and the nearby tow truck shop... lots of snuggles, playing with Grampy's notebooks, and a visit from Lindy and Steve... Church on Sunday morning, mud puddle jumping, treasure walks, and even their first real pumpkin carving experience. I don't know who had more fun, the kids or Grammy and Grampy!!
