Typical Weekend

It's been a typical weekend... but with a burst of cool weather we've had to break out our fall clothes. Check out our new threads (and Caden's rock star face)! There's been a little sleeping in the car, some playing in the driveway, some sidewalk chalk, some dressing up for church (note how Addison accessorizes and how Caden wants to put leaves in his dress pants) and lots of playing in the house. A new favorite activity is lugging around two Nalgene bottles filled with water. Not sure what is so appealing about this, I suppose they must be testing their physical capabilities?!? Addison is loving her "ups" (cups) and enjoys nesting and stacking them. Caden is more into pouring things from one cup to another and in tearing down any stacked towers he sees. They make a good pair! Also, they are beginning to act out words they know. Example: when she sees a picture of a sleeping baby and I ask, "What's this?" Addison will lay down in the floor. When I do the same with a picture of a baby taking a bath both babes will start pretending to scrub themselves. Too, two cute!!
