Meatball faces. Marshmallow rolls and baby cankles. How much fun it is to stick out your tongue. The way you admire yourself in the mirror, in any condition. And the perfect simplicity of resting together.
The smell of you after a bath. The joy on your face when you squish a banana between your fingers. The squeals you make when you bounce up and down on the bed. The way your faces light up when you hear your Dad coming into the garage every night. The way you snuggle right into me like we're puzzle pieces that fit exactly right.
There are so many things about you that I want to remember. That way I can store the memories in my heart. For the days when I miss your baby selves. For the days when I miss my stay-at-home-mommy-self. For always.
