Caden doesn't dislike it, though he can take it or leave it most times. Each time he's a little better and he usually gets it all down, it just takes a little longer than his sister. And Addison, well, she looks like she's been doing it for years.You put her in the Bumbo chair and she grabs the corners of the tray and looks at you with her mouth open as if to say, "Let's do this thing!"... You can't get to the bowl and back to her mouth fast enough before she's grunting to let you know she's ready for more! We're following the doctor's recommendation of doing this for two weeks before starting other solids, but I honestly think we could go ahead now and she'd be just fine. She'd probably be ready for chicken nuggets if she only had teeth... Here are the post-feeding faces. Not too bad a mess for their very first time!!!

Starting Solids!

Cute!!! Yes, Caden looks like he could care less. Addison on the other hand...well, she looks like she was born to eat. :o)
