Addison and Caden both lost about 11% of their body weight in the hospital, so we had to supplement their feedings until they gained back what they'd lost... Caden for the weekend and Addison for about a week. The lactation consultant at the hospital assured us that with twins, the easiest thing to do was to have them drink an ounce of milk from a little silicone cup. Lo and behold, with a little training for Dad they were off and running. Unbelievably, they just drank away! (How cute are the little smacking sounds!!?!?!)
I can hardly believe how little she was. My how they've grown... seems like a dream to remember the first days with them when they were so so tiny!
